Via Ferrata Tjøme
Do you want to join an amazing climb combined with lots of airy rappelling and the beautiful ocean just a few feet away?
All climbing must be scheduled in advance.
The total trip takes an average 4 hours, including Zipline.
Age limit 14 years
Sporty, fearless children from 12 – 14 years need a grown up to follow closely and supervise during the entire trip.
Attention: Rappelling can be challenging for young people!
Via Ferrata on your own?
Everyone must book a tour with a guide. If the guide sees that you master the techniques of rappelling and climbing, you can climb on your own, in your own pace. The guide will always be nearby if you need help.

The Via Ferrata route is on a private property. It is a huge investment to build and maintain the area. Therefore we need every guest to pay for their Via Ferrata Climbing visit.
NOK 790,- per person incl. VAT.
The price includes instructions on rappelling, supervision by the instructor during the climb, and all safety equipment.
Weight limit 40 kg – 120 kg.

What is Via Ferrata?
Via Ferrata is a climbing route where several bolts are mounted to the mountainside along the way. Via Ferrata is Italian and means «iron path». It is an old method used by the military forces in the Dolomites during the first world war. Today the techniques of Via Ferrata is used in adventure based activities and makes climbing more accessible for all, no matter skill level or prior climbing experience.
